From beginning to end we aim to get your website to you within four weeks. This is entirely dependent on how much work needs to be done though - how much content is already available, how quickly ongoing designs can be checked and agreed etc. Essentially, it is important that we get it right and that you are satisfied with the result. Here's what you can expect throughout the process.

Initial Discussion

We have an initial discussion either face to face, by Skype or phone to discuss your aims and objectives and to fully understand your business or service. I then prepare a proposal and quote for you which I send to you within 48 hours.

 

Agreement

Once you have agreed the proposal and quote and have signed our terms and conditions, you pay a deposit which is ordinarily a third of the overall cost. We agree timescales and then start work on your website design!

 

Design

We will then ask you to provide content and imagery for your site or we can  help you with photo shots. The quicker you can provide us with this, the quicker we can deliver your website to you. You can provide content in a range of ways which suit you best.

 

Timeline

Providing that you are able to supply me with the required content for your site in good time then I aim to deliver your draft website to you within four weeks of you signing the terms and conditions (excluding factors beyond our control).

 

Changes

Clients can make two sets of changes after completion of the draft and I'll do all I can to ensure your changes are accommodated. You will be provided with access to your website throughout the entire process so that you can see it as it's evolving.

Website Launch

Once you have signed off your draft website and the final instalment of the fees are paid, then your website goes live.

 

Annual Hosting

Your site will be hosted by WiX and your hosting fee will be paid annually to WiX. We will let you know when and we will send you the proposal exactly how much this will be. We will help you to set this up and provide you with all the information you need for hosting your website in the future.

Maintenance Plans

Our maintenance plans, which last for six months year or you can use our on-demand service, can help you to keep your website up to date and refreshed. If you're too busy to manage the changes on your site yourself, or would like us to do it then we can provide a cost for you which will be dependent on the scale and nature of your website.

Keeping your website up to date with fresh content is essential to ensuring that your website remains relevant, secure and searchable. Once your site is launched, it's tempting to think that it's 'ready' and to leave it alone. The reality is that your website should be regularly updated and refreshed.

 

This can be a time consuming business, but if you don't have time to maintain your site yourself, then our Wix maintenance plans can help. We can also write the content for your website before or after it's designed and launched. Our key annual maintenance plans cost from €150 to €250, but we can discuss any individual requirements.
